What is your per-diem?

The Anointed Quality Care AFC Home has a per-diem rate that starts at minimum $150/day which includes 24/7 attendant care, private and semi-private bedroom, and recreational and physical activities to ensure the overall well-being of your loved one.

What are your visiting hours?

Visiting Hours are from 9 AM to 8 PM, we do ask that families identify those who are on the list. We also ask that if there will be a visitation after 8PM, that the family calls the facility 30 minutes before arrival.

What if I am not satisfied with Anointed Quality Care?

Anointed Quality Care honors all state of Michigan Recipient Rights rules and guidelines. We also have internal processes that protect the residents, along with a procedure to submit complaints or concerns.
